Team get-togethers are a great way to remind team members how much they're valued, says Nancy Humphrey, RVT, a technician at Sanford Animal Hospital. "It also reminds us that everyone has a life outside of work," she says. "And when you get down to it, our team is really one happy, animal-loving family."
