Fantastic debut issue! I held my staff's copies back until I could steal a copy to read it for myself first.
Fantastic debut issue! I held my staff's copies back until I could steal a copy to read it for myself first. Veterinary Economics has for years been the single veterinary publication that I've read cover to cover within a couple days of receiving it. Firstline is right in line with Veterinary Economics' reputation.
As a solo practitioner, I never feel like I adequately train my staff on client relations. Our staff is small and we have monthly newsletters, monthly staff meetings, and have explored a variety of continuing education approaches such as FISH. However, I feel that this magazine will lead to more positive changes than anything else we currently do. I can't say enough good things about your publications or how much I appreciate your new focus on veterinary staff education. Firstline is way overdue and will make a great impact on the daily actions in veterinary clinics and hospitals across the nation. Again, great job and thank you.
