In the future I would like to see you look at some of these same problems in a large animal context. Our situation is somewhat different and needs a little different approach to some of these same problems. With our doctor visiting the patients' and clients' home, we don't have a lot of control from the office. If the doctor forgets to charge for services, we often don't find out until much later, and we face many similar problems because he's on the road.
Trying to communicate with a doctor who is out on the road 90 percent of the day is, at best, awkward. We use a notebook that stays on our counter to leave notes and messages for the doctor to read at the end of his day. This isn't the best solution, but it does work.
Thank you for producing a very good magazine that addresses a lot of important issues.
