In this interview, our regular contributor Dr Marc Rosenberg shares the inspiration behind his column and previews his talk at the upcoming Fetch Conference
If you work at a veterinary practice, there is bound to be a "dilemma" at some point. Whether among colleagues, clients, or anything in between, Fetch dvm360® Charlotte faculty member Marc Rosenberg, VMD, medical director at Vorhees Veterinary Center, explained how this is the idea behind his "Dear Abby" style column in dvm360® magazine. What's more, he will be leading an interactive session on this topic at our upcoming conference to offer attendees expert guidance for when faced with their own dilemmas.
The following is a partial transcript of the video.
Marc Rosenberg, VMD: Well, with these many dilemmas, and I present at least 6 or 7 at these lectures, I hope that the result is seen as...acquired by always maintaining transparency and honesty with a client, with a colleague, with a co-worker, and what I call putting on your professional hat. That means always remaining professional. Don't be confrontational. Don't be emotional. Don't escalate things.
