The popularity of exotic pets may be far greater than you-or your veterinary team-may have believed it to be.
Check out the data below from the American Veterinary Medical Association, which details the numbers of exotic pets in U.S. households, and the total number of exotic pets per species. Both sets of numbers might be higher than you think!
