Use a headlamp to eliminate shadows during dental procedures
Don't be blinded by the light.

For an additional source of light during dental procedures, try using a headlamp flashlight from a hunting or camping store. The LED lights are very bright and with just a slight movement of your head, you can direct the light exactly where you need and eliminate the shadows created by standard dental lights.
