A smart attendee at CVC Kansas City shared this tip with us. We liked it: "Upselling" sounds bad, but in the veterinary practice, isn't it really a veterinary team member who made sure a pet owner knew just how important every aspect of preventive care is?
We give a paid day off to the employee who upsells the most in a month (parasite preventives, vaccines, toe nail trims, etc.).
