Join dogs and cats in their path through your veterinary practice, paying special attention to what they might hear, from sounds in the waiting room and exam room to the treatment area and kennels. The noises animals are exposed to may surprise you. Look got clues to what happened immediately before they swivel or lower or erect their ears. If they alert, flinch or flee, was it because of a noise you can identify? Every hospital's noises are different, but there are some common trigggers.
