A clientele's habitat can have a profound effect on the nature of a practice.

As owner of a cat clinic nestled in the Upper West Side of Manhattan, Dr. Peter Soboroff sees mostly indoor patients (no surprise). He says his feline clientele is almost exclusively of the apartment-dwelling variety. What's worth noting is how that changes just about everything in his practice—from vaccination protocols to parasite protection.
