First, you want to change up the questions you ask on each survey. You also want to make sure you ask no more than six to eight questions. And mix it up, Dunn says — ask some open-ended and closed-questions. She also recommends keeping track of the survey responses so once you start seeing trends, you can address them in your veterinary practice.
