Interview Transcript (slightly modified for readability)

“The answer of the question about when should you sell is very individual to the seller because of their financial situation, and health situation, and individual motivation as in brown out, burn out, tired—all of those things that affect the individual can be involved in when to sell.

So, therefore, you can also look at a selling time based on pure economics, which means from a seller point of view, how great are the earnings to raise the value? Or, economically to a buyer side, how great is the motivation for buyers to buy depending on interest rate and location and economics of the demographic area? So, there are many, many factors in deciding when to sell and it starts with the individual needs and goals of the seller.”
