Updates showcase company’s continuous dedication to innovation, compassion, and convenience
BetterVet, a mobile veterinary company, has released a new look, website, and app. According to a company release,1 these revamps improve the client experience and are more in line with BetterVet’s mission “to deliver the best veterinary healthcare experience for pets, pet parents, and care providers.”
The updates consist of a new logo, colors, and design elements that represent BetterVet’s evolution while remaining true to its core values. What’s more, the redesigned website and user-friendly app include enhanced features for a more user-friendly experience to access the veterinary care services. For pet owners, there is now educational resources on pet care, nutrition, behavior, and more.1 The intuitive interface enables users to easily schedule appointments for prompt, personalized care for their pets as well.
According to Zoetis, 75% of Millennials own at least 1 cat or dog, so it’s important to market a veterinary practice—including through the website—to this pet-loving group.2 Just as BetterVet did, it’s key to keep the website updated and use a clear, user-friendly design that displays the company’s values that make you unique. Plus, the website must be mobile-friendly as 19% of Millennials2 use just their phone to access the internet, and BetterVet considered this with its redesign as well.
"Our new brand look and website/app launch represent a significant milestone for BetterVet,” stated Bruce Herzfelder, co-Founder and CEO of BetterVet stated.1 “We are passionate about raising the standard of pet healthcare and fostering stronger bonds between pets and their families. With our enhanced digital platforms, we aim to make veterinary care more accessible and personalized than ever before."
Created by its veterinarians, BetterVet also unveiled the “WHOLE Pet" philosophy which prioritizes 5 elements of a pet’s wellbeing. It will guide the company’s practices, so that they keep in mind each facet of a pet's life to promote optimal health and happiness.1
