-- Today, Henry Schein, Inc., and Butler Animal Health Supply announced that they have closed the transactions to form Butler Schein Animal Health.
The new company combines Henry Schein's U.S. Animal Health businesses with Butler Animal Health Supply to become the leading U.S. companion animal health distribution company -- the companies had a combined revenue of about $850 million over the last 12 months.
The new company is headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, and employs about 900 team members, including approximately 300 field sales representatives and 200 telesales and customer support representatives, to serve all 50 states.

Vasquez, chairman, president and chief executive officer of the newly formed company.
