The company is voluntarily offering a return and exchange on all of its fipronil-methoprene products including FIPROGUARD™ Plus, Pronyl OTC™ Plus, EctoAdvance™, Spectra Sure™ and Prefurred™ because they infringe on Merial's US patent 6,096,329 entitled “Insecticidal combination to control mammal fleas, in particular fleas on cats and dogs."
