See, praise leads to increased levels of dopamine in the human brain, the same dopamine that gets people to repeat successful activity. Give the right kind of praise—money, public recognition, or quiet kudos, depending on the particular team member—and you'll get employees to enjoy doing a good job for you. Everybody wins.
