Call it goofy.
Call it goofy. Call it cheesy. But Amanda Craig, a veterinary assistant at Antrim Veterinary Hospital in Taneytown, Md., calls it effective. Craig and her team members often gather for quick breaks and do a funny dance or hand jive to boost team morale and relieve stress.
"It breaks the tension, it makes us laugh, and we work together better afterward," Craig says.
