The team members at Village Veterinary Hospital in Canastota, N.Y., were sick of sorting through a jumbled box of 25 X-ray tags. So they devised a tasty solution: They hang the tags on a cookie cooling rack. "Now we just walk up to the counter, find our tag, and go," says Karen Dohrn, LVT.
