-- Many veterinarians across Georgia will donate 10 percent of their receipts May 5 as part of the "Paws to Help" campaign, organized by the Georgia Veterinary Medical Association (GVMA) foundation.
The annual event raises funds for emergency care, hardship situations and treatment for service animals of people with disabilities. The funds also help support the "Josh the Puppy" kits for sick children in hospitals.
