Greenies launches a new line of veterinary-exclusive dental chews designed to promote overall health.
Kansas City --
Greenies announced the introduction of a new line of veterinary-exclusive dental chews this week during CVC Kansas City.
In addition to featuring Greenies Dental Chews’ original technology for oral preventive care, the new formulation contains fish oils, antioxidants and chelated minerals designed to boost overall health.
Beginning in September, the product will be distributed and sold exclusively through veterinary clinics in the United States and Canada and available to order from veterinary distributors.
The new product carries the Veterinary Oral Health Council Seal of Acceptance for plaque and tartar reduction. “With the help of leading research from The Waltham Centre for Pet Nutrition, we were able to make a proven effective dental chew deliver even more for the health of patients, and provide the veterinary community an exclusive product that’s only available in veterinary practices,” says Brad Quest, DVM, product development veterinarian for Greenies, in a prepared statement.
