The system is designed to use advanced impedance technology to deliver accurate in-clinic systems, including those that use lasers. The Heska CBC-Diff System also provides three-part differential resultsa differential divides the white blood cells into sub-groups such as lymphocytes, monocytes and segmented cells, the company says. The Heska CBC-Diff System renders reliable three-part differential results complete with histograms and recommendations for dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, ferrets or mice, in under a minute, the company says. The system also features True20 Sampling designed to allow accurate results using a 20 micro-liter minimum blood draw, which serves small animals without a large volume of blood.The systems environmentally friendly reagents are cyanide free, making disposal easy and nearly eliminating possible environmental concerns, the company says.
