Matt Brunke, DVM, DACVSMR, CCRP, CVPP, CVA: I didn't have good habits, and I was not a high school athlete. I wasn't a college athlete; vet med was life. And actually, this is my tenth anniversary of becoming a runner...It was 10 years ago this month that actually ran my first 5k...And now I've run a bunch of marathons and half-Ironman and Ironman a couple of times, because why not? Why not just keep going? I haven't found my ceiling yet... It's fun, and it's my chance to get away. It's a chance for me to organize my brain a little bit.
