Correct answer for Image Quiz: Ophthalmology-A squinting cattle dog

Correct!

Two different foreign body tracts are present in the cornea. One is at the 3 o'clock position starting at the limbus and going ventrally; the other starts at the 4 o'clock limbal position and goes toward the central cornea. The latter contained a linear wooded foreign body within the tract. Biomicroscopy showed that the foreign body was very superficial, which allowed it to be removed under sedation and topical anesthesia. The other tract was just a scar, probably from the previous presentation.
