Schaumburg, Ill. - 4/1/08 - The National Commission on Veterinary Economic Issues (NCVEI) now offers live-action video created to help veterinarians better communicate with clients.
The new multimedia format supports staff tools already on the group's Web site, in addition to a self-assessment survey on communication styles.
The five communications lessons can be accessed by anyone with a valid NCVEI account, which are free to members of the American Veterinary Medical Association, American Animal Hospital Association and any university connected to the Association of American Veterinary Medical Colleges.
