Elanco Animal Health announces several new Micotil packaging enhancementsare now available. Micotil is an injectable antibiotic for the treatmentand control of bovine respiratory disease. The new 250-ml bottle is shorter,stouter and fits more securely in hand, the company says. Product safetyinformation will be directly attached to the bottle so separate productlabel inserts and cartons will no longer be necessary. A safety featureincludes a larger needle injection target area made of more durable rubbermaterial, the company says. Also redesigned is the 250-ml bottle protectiveshroud, made of durable, but lightweight recyclable plastic to avoid bottlebreakage, the company says.
