The valve's pop-off design helps ensure pets no longer face anesthetic complications or death due to a safety pressure relief valve being left shut. The valve is designed to stay open, and can only shut when it is forcefully pressed down. It is universally adaptable to virtually any anesthesia machine.
The product includes: a safety pressure relief valve, stop-sign instruction card with accessories, installation instructions, machine and vaporizer leak test card and a pop-off valve functional settings card.
The safety pressure relief valve is available through MWI and is also available on LEI Medical anesthesia machines.
