The Belly Dickie is lightweight and intended to be worn continuously by horses that are affected. It has a removable lightweight mesh panel that covers the opening for the male sheath. The product contains two parts: a webbing harness and the belly pad. The harness is made from the same nylon webbing that seatbelts are made from, and will stand up to outdoor wear. The belly pad is made from sturdy mesh fabric with soft neoprene edging to provide a chafe-free, gap-free fit. The mesh slides smoothly over the horses hair and will not pull. The belly pad is held in place with the harness so the horse can comfortably graze while wearing the Belly Dickie. The covering comes in two sizes: horse (15h-17h) and pony (13h-14.3h), and fits mares and geldings.
