Use a mason jar to collect your accomplishments
In the blur of day-to-day practice life, it's easy to overlook your success stories. A simple jar can be the key to helping your team members celebrate. Use these directions:
1. Find a mason jar or box. Feel free to decorate it in a festive style or leave it blank.
2. Next to the jar, place a few pencils and a small notepad or scraps of paper.
3. Invite your team to write down any special moment of daily practice life and put it in the jar. It can be a big deal, such as the day your team saved a dog that was hit by a car, or something meaningful, such as making a difficult client smile. Encourage team members to write these regularly.
4. At the end of the year, open your jar together. You'll be surprised by all the successes you forgot about when you read them aloud as a team.
