HX: Sissy was playing with owner in the front yard when she suddenly fell over. Owner performed "CPR" and Sissy appeared to come around. Now seems bright and alert upon presentation

• Radiographs: Left ventricular enlargement, mild left atrial enlargement, no evidence of heart failure
• Echocardiogram Confirms a diagnosis of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with left ventricular outflow obstruction (SAM)
