Logan, Utah -- The Utah Veterinary Diagnostic Lab at Utah State University has received accreditation from the American Association of Veterinary Laboratory Diagnosticians (AAVLD).

-- The Utah Veterinary Diagnostic Lab at Utah State University has received accreditation from the American Association of Veterinary Laboratory Diagnosticians (AAVLD).
Veterinarians, animal owners, and state and federal agriculture and wildlife officials use the lab, whose results for endemic and foreign animal diseases will now be accepted nationally and internationally, according to a school spokesperson.
Previously, the nearest accredited labs were in Arizona, California, Colorado, and Washington.
AAVLD has accredited 42 other labs in the United States.
