Inventory Ally is an all-in-one platform designed to automate much of the inventory management process for veterinary hospitals.
Created specifically for veterinary hospitals, Veterinary Care Logistics' latest product, Inventory Ally, aims to automate much of the inventory management process hospitals should be using to optimize replenishment and the cost of goods sold for their business. This new, all-in-one platform promises time savings for inventory managers, new ways to eliminate stock outs, and helps save the practice money.
According to a company release, Inventory Ally harnesses a practice's order history to optimize a weekly cycle count schedule and sorts items based upon their value and sales volume. What's more, it then provides recommendations and outlines what to order based on the clinic's counts.
The platform also boasts several new features, including automated, dynamic reorder points specific to the hospital, automated cycle counts with prioritized frequencies, and full inventory replenishment management instead of just data from the inventory management system.
“I’ve been helping inventory managers in the veterinary field for nearly 5 years, and it was so painful to see them struggle with building systems and processes that were difficult to manage and just added more time to their already overloaded responsibilities,” said Nicole Clausen, Founder and President at Veterinary Care Logistics, Inc, in the release.
Additionally, Inventory Ally is available as of November 1, and new subscribers are entitled to a 2-week free trial as well as a 35% discount for the first full year of service when enrolled within 2 weeks of the launch date. Pricing for Inventory Ally is calculated based on the total inventory value managed.
“We created Inventory Ally to automate all the best practices in inventory management so managers could save time, reduce pain, and improve performance without needing to become a full-time inventory expert,” noted Clausen. "I am so excited to bring this to my friends in veterinary hospitals because I know it will make their jobs easier and their lives better.”
