Animal Dermatology Group welcomes new VP of operations

Animal Dermatology Group (ADG) announced, in an organizational release,¹ that Adrian Ford, MBA, is the new vice president of operations effective immediately. According to the release, Ford will take on the day-to-day role of leading ADG's veterinary dermatology specialty practices, operating under the name Animal Dermatology Clinic, across the country.

Before joining the ADG team, Ford has 30 years of experience in the veterinary industry. Working across veterinary specialties and emergency clinics, Ford has held several operational roles, including hospital manager, hospital administrator, group director of operations, regional vice president of operations, and national vice president of operations. His most recent positions were management roles at BluePearl Specialty and Veterinary Emergency Group. According to the release, Ford has extensive experience in executive leadership, public speaking, and technical writing. He currently resides in San Antonio, Texas and holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and MBA from Texas State University.
