However, that alone may not be enough, so we recommend further work-up with the abdominal ultrasonographic examination. We are looking for any obvious masses or lesions or any parenchymal changes that look worrisome with the understanding that an aspirate or, ideally, a biopsy may be required for a definitive answer.
