Bash Halow, LVT, CVPM: It's important to remember that you're going into that conversation with an intention to try to make things better. And if things start to go south, I would try to remind myself and the other party, if necessary, that that's the purpose of this conversation. It's not to work one another up into a lather, but to try to work us out of those soap suds into something more stable.
