AFP Imaging announces a chairside darkroom for dental X-ray film processing.
AFP Imaging announces a chairside darkroom for dental X-ray film processing. The processor is the latest in the company's veterinary product line. The unit is useful for the veterinary clinic or hospital that is investing in a new AFP Imaging Vet 70+ dental X-ray, the company says. The Chairside provides a compact, easy-to-use X-ray film capability, according to the company.
The AFP Imaging Chairside Darkroom is designed for processing intra-oral X-rays in the treatment area or close to the X-ray equipment. This allows for speedy results as the veterinarian completes the diagnosis and performs the necessary dental procedures. There is no need to go into the darkroom for dental film processing.
The removable processing tray holds four solution containers consisting of two for water, one for developer and one for fixer. The X-ray film clips aid in handling time.
For a limited time the company will include a free IFP EndoPak of developer and fixer, packaged in wide mouth bottles for more convenient pouring. The Chairside Darkroom sleeves are made of durable knit nylon that will last for many years, according to the company.
