According to a company release,1 in this new role, Welser will oversee CityVet’s growth initiatives beyond general practice medicine and drive the company’s clinical learning and development program. She will also lead the innovation strategy in CityVet with her strategic plan including introducing and raising awareness of CityVet’s veterinary ownership model and support system to new channels within the field.

“I’m thrilled to join the leadership team at CityVet where they focus on a business model of ownership for veterinarians by providing back of house support so vets can both focus on their passion of practicing medicine and their dream of being a practice owner,” said Welser, in the release. “I look forward to diving in - expanding into new opportunities that integrate high quality care and building on CityVet’s incredible reputation.”1
