Dr. Karen Felsted rejoins Veterinary Economics' Editorial Advisory Board
Consultant, CVC speaker and content contributor will provide content to Veterinary Economics.
Dr. Karen Felsted, MS, CVPM, CPA, has rejoined the Veterinary Economics' Editorial Advisory Board. Dr. Felsted is founder and president of PantheraT Veterinary Consulting (formerly known as Felsted Veterinary Consultants). She has contributed content to Veterinary Economics, dvm360 magazine and Veterinary Medicine and also speaks at the CVC conferences.
Dr. Felsted spent 12 years in the field of accounting and business management, during which she earned her MS in management and administrative science, and then received her DVM degree in 1996. In 1999, she opened and became manager-in-charge of the Dallas office of Owen E. McCafferty CPA, a national public accounting firm that specializes in tax, accounting and management services for veterinarians. She also earned a CVPM certificate. After working at Brakke Consulting and Gatto McFerson CPAs, Felsted joined the National Commission on Veterinary Economic Issues as CEO before returning to consulting.
