Randy Valpy will work closely with Fear Free’s leadership to help grow the organization
Fear Free, LLC, announced it has named Randy Valpy as its new chief executive officer. In his new role, Valpy will work closely with the Fear Free team to help grow its movement and improve the standard of care in both the veterinary and pet care industry.
“The animal health marketplace is not just about business, it’s a community built on partnerships,” said Marty Becker, DVM, Fear Free founder, and chief professional relations officer, in an organizational release.1 “Randy’s perspective and diverse skillset in this is rare: he’s not only a strong leader, he also knows how to build a brand and a culture; he’s a strategic marketer and an entrepreneur. He understands the challenges veterinary, shelter, and pet professionals face, and he cares deeply about the relationship between people and their pets.”
According to an organizational release, Valpy served as the senior vice president, growth partnerships at Trupanion.1 Before that, he served as LifeLearn, Inc, president, and CEO after spending 4 years as the vice president and general manager, launching Pets Plus Us. Valpy is also a former president and founding member of the North American Pet Health Insurance Association.

Together, we’ll work to advance the Fear Free movement globally, and contribute to the evolution of the human-animal bond,” expressed Valpy.
