D-Mark Inc. introduces OdorGuard® Rigid Cell Filters that offer extended surface chemical filtration.
The self-supporting rigid box filters are ideal for pharmaceutical, microelectronic and clean-room applications, in addition to traditional HVAC installations, the company says.
Rigid cell filters are available using granular activated carbon or a 50/50 blend of carbon and activated alumina impregnated with 5-percent potassium permanganate.
The blend of absorbents will remove a wide range of odors and light gases, including, ammonia, formaldehyde, hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide, commonly present in a veterinary clinic, the company adds.
