Watson offers her extensive experience and characteristics that align with the company's core values
IndeVets—a veterinarian staffing agency—has deemed Molly Kuehn Watson the new chief marketing officer.
“Molly has the vision and experience to oversee our brand as IndeVets evolves into a national operation,” expressed Michael Raphael, CEO and founding president, in a company release.1 “What’s more, as a caring, skilled, and highly collaborative leader, she represents everything that we as a company stand for.”
Previously, Watson was the chief operating officer for Tierney of the Interpublic Group, before that she served as the agency’s chief marketing officer and earlier in her career worked for VMLYR. Additionally, over the last 5 years, Watson has managed her own consulting firm—Evolution Engine—helping C-level executives address business challenges throughout multiple fields.
According to the release, Watson is a mother of 3 and a longtime champion for children with special needs. She serves on the board and chairs the development and communications committee of Fred’s Footsteps, a nonprofit supporting families with injured or disabled children. She also chairs the board of directors at the Delaware Valley Friends School, a school for children with learning differences in grades 1-12.1
“For me, this new role is the perfect intersection of professional opportunity and the chance to make a meaningful social impact,” Watson commented, in the release. “Every day we hire new veterinarians and hear how IndeVets has changed their lives for the better. Everyone deserves to find well-being, job satisfaction, and a sense of belonging in their workplace.”
IndeVets is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and serves over 1800 hospitals in the US, with plans to extend nationwide in the following months.
