Bash Halow, LVT, CVPM: I would like to take you on a journey of being thoughtful about what it is you and the other leaders at your practice may be doing that might not be as helpful as they could. I think that I'm equipped to do that having made a lot of those mistakes myself and seeing a lot of this happen at other veterinary hospitals. I think that I will be able to give you safe time to reflect on the big picture and how everybody's contributing either positively or negatively to your practice's growth.
