It comes with a CD packed with more than an hour of 15- to 60-second messages covering a variety of topics of interest to pet owners. Messages cover virtually every aspect of what veterinary practices offer, from information about first check-ups to effective flea treatments and proper nutrition.Custom messages can also be produced to describe an offices unique offerings, such as new techniques used, office hours and information about staff members. The CD has music-only selections as well as festive holiday greeting tracks with seasonal music.The TraxMaster allows the practice to program any number of messages in any order to play to callers on hold.
