Jessica Lowe, DVM, MBA, BSc: Right now, there's about a two-to-three month waiting period between us getting into a doctor in an in-clinic setting. If the dog has had a little bit of loose bowels, we can talk to them before sending them to you. We can even send them a fecal kit to get their fecal ahead of time...Now you just have to prescribe your dewormer and you're done. You know, we're here to assist and complement the in-person clinic.
