The system is considered the first comprehensive, professionally backed program that addresses clinic training and compassion communication among all stakeholders involved in the loss of a pet, including pet owners and their families, veterinary clinic staff and veterinarians.
The new program offers a systematic, integrated communications approach that addresses the needs of everyone involved in the death of a pet.
