Lauren Catenacci, PhD: The first [tip for mitigating burnout] is goal setting. When we set goals, we direct our focus and our energy. So if organizations can support [veterinary] professionals in how they set goals and how they measure them and hold them accountable, I think we would really see some exciting results with regard to both motivation and also burnout.
