Jan Woods, co-founder of Ask Jan: When you interview, please be quiet. Don't do the entire [interivew] talking if you're looking for help, because I guarantee you if somebody is really good, all they have to do is echo what you just asked them, and it's going to be the answer you were looking for. So when you interview somebody, interview [them] and let them do the talking, but you make very clear questions that have to do with behavioral situations that you want. You cannot manage attitudes, you can only manage behaviors.
