Video

In this dvm360® interview, Bash Halow, LVT, CVPM, outlines how to improve your—and your staff members'—mental health

In this interview at the Fetch dvm360® Conference in Charlotte, North Carolina, Bash Halow, LVT, CVPM, asks practice managers to reflect on what is affecting their well-being at work. This can help them identify the needed changes to the environment to benefit everyone's mental wellness.

The following is a partial transcript of the video.

Bash Halow, LVT, CVPM: If you're concerned about your well-being, I would ask yourself: what is it about work and your relationship to work that you may need to readjust? Because our source of work, helping clients that come in with a pet that's in need, figuring out problems, like pet health, or just problems in general, and working collaboratively on those 2 things can be extremely energizing.
