Hiring numbers are down from last year. What does this mean for your practice? Here's a look at how many practices are hiring and what positions they're looking for.

Your practice will struggle to survive without stellar employees. But you can't hire great employees if you're not making any money. Such is the world we live in, where you're forced to walk the line between the money you're bringing in versus the money you could be bringing in. So what can you do? Some experts say the worst of the financial storm is over; others claim we should expect more gloomy skies ahead. Unfortunately, all the veterinary profession can do is wait and see. In the meantime, do everything you can to lift team spirits and let employees know you care. If you're not in a position to hire new employees, the least you can do is take care of your current ones.
