Animal Dermatology Group acquires Animal Dermatology Referral Clinic

Animal Dermatology Group, Inc (ADG) has acquired Animal Dermatology Referral Clinic (ADRC), the veterinary dermatology practice servicing the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

According to a company release,¹ the ADRC has offices in Dallas and Grapevine, Texas, and the medical team features 4 Diplomates of the American College of Veterinary Dermatology and been in service over 20 years. The ADRC team is led by Reid Garfield, DVM, DACVD, and Dennis Crow, DVM, DACVD, looks forward to expanding as part of ADG and its exclusive focus in specialty of veterinary dermatology.

In the past few months, ADG has acquired practices in the northeast (NY, NJ), the southeast (NC, SC, GA, FL) plus Texas, and the ADG medical team has expanded to over 60 board certified veterinary dermatologists, dermatology associates, and dermatology residents nationwide involved solely in research, education, and the clinical practice of veterinary dermatology.
