Camp Bow Wow debuts new app

Camp Bow Wow, a North American pet care franchise, is helping pet parents "Seize the Play" with the release of its app which simplifies making reservations and viewing check-in and webcams.

"Our new app represents a huge leap forward in providing our pet parents with a seamless Camp experience and peace of mind that their dogs have everything they need for a great stay," said Camp Bow Wow vice president of technology Matt Sarkesian, in a company release.¹ "It will also free up Camp staff to spend more time with the Campers and less time on administrative tasks like updating customer accounts, managing reservations and conducting check-ins."

The app is available for iOS and Android and pet owners can register with their email to seamlessly engage with their preferred camp location and check in on their pet campers while they play and socialize. What’s more, the app makes it easy to upload vaccination records, manage feeding and care information, and purchase day care packages.

Sarkesian added that the app will save pet parents time at check-in while saving many hours in staff time, “especially important as Camps are busier than ever, with 5 million dog visits annually,” according to the release.¹

The app was created to help camps grow and increase profitability while continuing to offer a high-quality camp experience for pet parents and their dogs.
