Movora debuts in the US with new distribution center
The facility is located in St. Augustine, Florida and will ship out products from the company's 3 brands.
Movora—the veterinary medtech division of Vimian Group—has launched in the US with its new distribution center located in St. Augustine, Florida. Beginning this month, products from Movora's 3 brands—BioMedtrix, KYON, and Veterinary Orthopedic Implants—will ship from this facility, thus allowing customers to order products from each brand through 1 point of contact.
According to a company release, the new US sales and distribution center will make operations more efficient and offer customers simplified ordering and billing processes, more extensive Continuing Education opportunities, and a more robust orthopedic product offering that varies from general accessories to advanced Total Hip/Joint Replacement systems.
"By uniting our Movora brands in the United States, we are able to better concentrate our efforts on the advancement of animal mobility through renewed focus in R&D and product development, continuing education courses for general practitioners and veterinary surgeons, and dedicated customer support teams that have a comprehensive view of the full Movora portfolio," said Fredrik Ullman, CEO of Vimian.
"Each of Movora's brands has a rich history in veterinary orthopedics and we will continue to foster the knowledge, expertise, and relationships they've built within the veterinary community,” he added.
The company is using Veterinary Orthopedic Implants' current St. Augustine location and state-of-the-art lift systems to receive products from its sister companies BioMedtrix and KYON and service its customers.
